Congruence

A state where a person's verbal output, non-verbal output, and internal experience are all aligned.

Congruence is the absence of internal contradiction. A congruent client says one thing, looks one way, and feels one way that all match. Incongruence shows up as a mismatch: confident words paired with collapsed posture, or a 'yes' said with a slow head shake. Trainers look for incongruence as the entry point for parts-integration work.
