Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NLPcoachings.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, "you" refers to that organization.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the updated terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Our services

NLPcoachings.com provides a directory for NLP trainers to list their practice, and a search and inquiry platform for people seeking coaching. We are not a coaching provider, employment agency, or licensed mental health service. We do not employ trainers, supervise coaching work, or verify the clinical or therapeutic qualifications of any listed trainer beyond collecting and displaying their self-reported credentials.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

Trainer accounts

Trainer accounts are available to qualified NLP practitioners who agree to these terms. To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, verify your email address, and maintain the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by anyone who accesses your account with your credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@nlpcoachings.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that we determine to be fraudulent, or that we cannot verify to a reasonable standard.

Public profiles

Your public profile page is created and managed by you. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information you publish. We do not independently verify credentials, case studies, testimonials, pricing, or any other information on trainer profiles.

Profile content must be your own — you may not impersonate another person, copy another trainer's profile, or publish false information. Profile content that includes claims of curing medical conditions, guarantees specific outcomes, or includes before-and-after testimonials that could be misleading will be removed.

Trainer profile pages are public by default. You may unpublish your profile at any time by going to your portal settings, but content may remain in search engine indexes and archived copies until those are updated or removed.

Client inquiries

When a client sends you an inquiry through your profile, we deliver that message to your portal dashboard and (optionally) to your email. Inquiry data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use inquiry data only to respond to the client's specific request. You may not use inquiry email addresses for marketing, add them to mailing lists without explicit consent, or share them with third parties.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, or remove inquiries that violate these terms or that we determine to be abusive or fraudulent.

Intellectual property

The NLPcoachings.com name, logo, design, website structure, software, text, and all other content on the platform (excluding trainer-submitted profile content) are the property of NLPcoachings.com or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without written permission.

You retain ownership of the profile content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating your directory listing on the platform.

You may not use the NLPcoachings.com name, logo, or branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use NLPcoachings.com to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a profile or inquiry
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Publish content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or illegal
• Claim to cure, treat, or prevent medical or mental health conditions
• Send unsolicited commercial messages through the inquiry system
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or bulk-download trainer profile data
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the platform

Payments and billing

Paid trainer accounts are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis as described on the pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription fees are charged in advance on the billing date.

If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment is not received within 7 days of the billing date, your account may be suspended and your public profile may be unpublished. You remain responsible for all fees accrued during the subscription period.

To cancel a paid subscription, go to your portal settings and cancel before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NLPcoachings.com and its operators, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or reputation — arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your reliance on any information on the platform, or any coaching relationship you establish with a trainer listed on the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and remove your profile at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms, submitted false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@nlpcoachings.com or through your portal settings. Upon termination, your public profile is removed, your account data is deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule, and any active subscription fees are not refunded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NLPcoachings.com operates. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in the applicable jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis — you may not bring or participate in any class action or representative proceeding against NLPcoachings.com.
