SCRIPTS & PROTOCOLS

NLP scripts.

Step-by-step protocols for the core NLP techniques. Each script is a working version of the technique, with calibration notes and common-mistake callouts. Practitioner-level scripts are safe for supervised practice; Master-level scripts require trainer guidance.

Note: scripts are educational. For client work, train and certify with a recognised school first.

How to use these scripts

  1. Read the full technique page first — the script is one part of a larger protocol.
  2. Practise on yourself for the Practitioner-level scripts. Anchoring, reframing, sub-modality work, well-formed outcomes — all safe for self-practice.
  3. Practise with peers next. Take turns running techniques on each other in low-stakes contexts.
  4. Do not run Master-level scripts (Fast Phobia Cure, Timeline Therapy, Values Elicitation) on serious material without trainer supervision.
  5. Calibrate constantly. The script is the form; calibration is the skill that decides when to deviate.
