Resource state

An internal state (calm, focus, confidence, curiosity) that a client can call on when they need it.

A resource state is anything the client can use to handle a challenge. Trainers spend significant session time eliciting, intensifying, and anchoring resource states so the client can access them in real-world contexts. Without resources, change techniques have nothing to anchor to.
