Eye accessing cues

Patterns of eye movement that some NLP models associate with internal sensory processing (visual, auditory, kinesthetic).

The classic NLP map associates upward eye movement with visual processing, sideways with auditory, and downward with kinesthetic (right) or internal dialogue (left). Empirical research has produced mixed results, so most modern trainers treat eye accessing cues as one weak signal among many rather than a reliable indicator. Use them as a hypothesis to test, not a conclusion.
