Circle of excellence

A spatial anchoring technique that gathers a client's best resource states into an imagined circle they can step into on demand.

The circle of excellence uses location as the anchor. The client imagines a circle on the floor, recalls a peak memory of a needed state - calm, focus, confidence - and steps into the circle at the moment the state is most intense. Several states are stacked into the same circle. Once tested, the client future paces by mentally rehearsing the target situation while standing in the circle. It gives clients reliable, repeatable access to resourceful states between sessions.
