Nominalizations

Verbs disguised as nouns ('communication', 'relationship', 'depression') that hide process.

A nominalization freezes an ongoing process into a thing. 'We have a communication problem' is harder to fix than 'we are not communicating well about money'. The meta-model unpacks nominalizations by turning them back into verbs: 'who is communicating what to whom?'.
