ABOUT
I work with founders, doctors, and senior professionals who feel stuck in patterns they can no longer afford to repeat — around decision-making, public confidence, or how they relate to the people they lead.
Twelve years ago I trained directly under John Grinder at a Patterning workshop in Bonny Doon. The rigor of NLP is in the questions, not the rituals — every session opens from your goal, your ecology, and what you are ready to change.
Before NLP I trained as a physician. That background shapes the work: I move slowly when the system is fragile, refer out when therapy is the right intervention, and document everything.
