How to choose
- Start from the goal, not the technique. Picking a technique you've heard of and then making the problem fit it is the most common mistake.
- Match the trainer skill to the technique. Anchoring, Reframing, Submodalities, and Swish are Practitioner-level work and widely available. Parts Integration, Timeline Therapy, and the Fast Phobia Cure benefit from Master Practitioner training.
- Don't expect single-technique solutions. Most real change uses 2-3 techniques in combination. Your trainer should pick the sequence, not the client.
