Setting up payments via Stripe

Stripe handles all payment processing. Reframe never stores card details.
Connect Stripe
Go to Portal > Settings > Payments. Click Connect Stripe. You'll be redirected to Stripe's onboarding, which collects your business details and bank account for payouts.
Setting your rates
You can set session rates that clients pre-pay when booking, or you can invoice after sessions. Pre-payment reduces no-shows. Post-payment suits longer engagements.
When you get paid
Stripe transfers funds to your bank account on a 2-day rolling cycle. There is no minimum payout threshold. Stripe's fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
Refunds and disputes
If a client disputes a charge, Stripe will notify you. You have 7 days to respond with context. Reframe does not intervene in Stripe disputes — keep records of session completion.
