Inviting your first 3 clients
4 min read
Your first clients will likely come from your existing network. Here's how to onboard them well.
Send personal invites
Go to Portal > Clients > Invite. Enter your first client's email. They'll receive a link to create a Companion account. Don't bulk-invite — personal invites work better.
The intro sequence
Send a brief introduction (1-2 sentences) before the invite: 'I'm using a new tool called Reframe to track our sessions and give you a daily practice app. Want to try it?' Keep it casual.
What clients get
A Companion app where they can fire their anchors, practice audio exercises, and send you daily check-ins. They don't need to know NLP — the app guides them.
First session
Before your first session, fill in the client's VAK and NL level from your initial conversation. The AI intake assistant uses this to draft better questions.
