How do I list my NLP practice on the directory?
Create a trainer account at /trainers/signup, complete your profile with certifications, specialties, pricing, and a bio, then publish your listing. Your profile becomes searchable once published.
Can I claim a trainer listing that was created without my involvement?
Yes. Contact us at [email protected] with proof of identity and ownership of the practice, and we will transfer the listing to your account.
How do I remove my profile from the directory?
Log into your portal and navigate to Settings > Profile. You can unpublish your listing at any time, which removes it from search results. Complete account deletion can be requested via email to [email protected].
How quickly can I expect a response?
Our team replies to all contact form submissions within 1 to 2 business days. For urgent technical issues, email us directly at [email protected].
I am a training organization. Can we list multiple trainers under one account?
Currently each trainer listing is associated with a single account. Training organizations seeking multiple listings should contact us at [email protected] to discuss options.
How do I report a listing with misleading or false information?
Use the contact form or email [email protected] with the URL of the listing and a description of the concern. We review all reports and may remove or request corrections to listings that violate our listing standards.
